Positive Lists, Inc.

Positive Lists, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Delaware on February 15, 2002 as a non-stock, not-for-profit corporation.

The purpose of the Positive Lists, Inc. is the operation and management of email based internet discussion groups, support groups and informational websites serving HIV positive individuals, their primary care givers, family and significant others.

Positive Lists, Inc. currently operates and manages two email based internet discussion groups and their associated websites: HIV-Support (hiv-support.org) for men and women who are HIV Positive regardless of sexual orientation, their significant others, or their proxies and GayPoz (gaypoz.org) for Gay men who are HIV Positive.

Membership in the groups Positive Lists, Inc. operates and manages is entirely free of charge. Positive Lists, Inc. will never charge a subscription fee for membership in any of the email based internet discussion groups or support groups which it operates or manages, nor ever charge any fee to access any of its informational websites.
